Lavina discovered the benefits of acupuncture & herbal medicine for herself back in 2002 when a stressful City career resulted in symptoms of general ill health for which she sought help. She was so impressed with the results that she left the City & retrained as both acupuncturist & herbalist qualifying in 2005 & 2007 respectively. She has spent the past 7 years working in London clinics & has recently relocated to West Sussex with her husband & two young children.

Lavina is a member of both the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) & Register of Chinese Herbs (RCHM). As such, she adheres to strict guidelines concerning safe needling practice & the use of approved suppliers for herbs (no animal products are approved for use by RCHM members in the UK).
